Installing Client Software ![]() This page is to assist faculty and staff in the use of the ScanTron machine and ParScore software that is housed in the TIC. When complete, this page will contain information about getting set up to use the ScanTron, Training Opportunities and ScanTron Form Order information. Please be patient while I am preparing the information that will appear on the site. When ordering forms, you may be asked to supply the vendor with the ScanTron Model and Serial Number. We have a ScanMark ES2800. The Serial Number is EE-02936 and we are running ParSCORE software version 6.5. Please make sure that the forms you purchase meet ALL these requirments. This is a PENCIL Read Scanner ONLY. It has no printer, so scores are not printed on the ScanTron Sheets. If you wish to use this ScanTron, you should have the ParSCORE client software installed on your computer, a Username, Password and a folder on the ParScore Network Drive assigned to you and the ParScore drive mapped to your computer. If you are interested in using the ScanTron and the ParScore software or need further information, please contact via Email or call 622-2395. ![]() Scantron FormsBelow is a listing of the form types that we can use with the ScanTron that we have available in the TIC. If you wish to have the ScanTron automatically enroll students in your class sections, by name, as you grade, please make sure to purchase forms that will support student enrollment.
![]() Requesting ScanTron & ParScore AccessEach person using the ScanTron and ParScore software MUST fill out an Account Request Form. You will have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or greater to fill out this form online. If you do not have this, you can download it for free from the Adobe Website. When this form has been submitted and received, your account request will be processed and you will receive an account confirmation which will contain information concerning your username and password.
